Our tutors provide individual support. Not every child is the same, and everyone deserves a different approach.

Our tutors are always reachable. If questions pop up spontaneously, you can simply reach out to your tutor!

We promise flexible learning hours. Our tutors adapt to their students' needs — got an exam coming up? We'll make sure you're perfectly prepared.

Our tutors are experts in their field. We look for the best of the best to support you.
How we select our tutors
Good tutoring depends on the person giving it. That is why nobody teaches at LearnCircle without first going through our selection process. We look especially closely at three things: subject knowledge, clear and understandable explanations, and previous experience working with children and young people.
Subject knowledge alone is not enough. Someone who knows the material but cannot explain it will not help you much before your next exam. On the other hand, the best explanation is worthless without solid knowledge. Only people who bring both – and who are good with young people – join our team.
Why university students?
LearnCircle was founded by students who took their Abitur during the pandemic and experienced first-hand how hard it can be to find good tutoring quickly. That perspective shapes our whole team.
Our tutors finished school not long ago. Many still know the curricula and exam formats from their own experience and know exactly where lessons tend to get stuck. That lets them meet you at eye level – and makes it easier for you to ask even supposedly “silly” questions.
What you can expect from your tutor
Whether in group or one-on-one lessons – this is what you can count on:
- Reliability: agreed appointments are kept, on time.
- An individual learning plan that starts from where you are right now.
- Availability between lessons too, when questions come up.
- Flexible learning hours and targeted preparation when an exam is coming up.
- In one-on-one lessons, regular grade reviews – together with your parents if you like.
